PAKISTAN

KASHMIR

We have established a partnership with the 'Saving Future' Foundation for Girls, which provides free education for former street children, in addition to medical aid, rehabilitation and mentoring on career prospects.  This is the first exposure for many of these girls to a formal education, or indeed English, (many were formerly collecting money on the street), so many of them require Urdu-speaking mentors.
This video illustrates some of the Foundation's work.

In Progress: Our Committee Officer for Kashmir is in talks with local schools in the region to set up permanent links with the region. Contact us if you are able to help.
